54 cards. Each suit maps to an exercise of your choice. Each value is your rep count or hold time. Shuffle up and work through the deck from top to bottom.
Red & Blue Decks
Configure a Red (Upper Body) and Blue (Lower Body) deck independently. Each has its own exercises, time multiplier, and Joker challenges — swap between them anytime.
Timed Exercises
Mark any suit as timed to switch from reps to seconds. A 7 becomes a 7-second hold. Combine with the time multiplier to dial in exactly the right intensity.
Time Multiplier
Scale timed exercises with a single setting. A card value of 5 with a 10× multiplier equals 50 seconds of work. Adjust it up or down to match your fitness level.
Weekly Plan
Assign Upper Body, Lower Body, or Rest to each day of the week. Card Work auto-selects the right deck when you open it on a workout day — then gets out of your way.
Workout History
Every completed deck is logged with your time and card count. Your best full-deck time is always tracked — so you always know what you're chasing.
